The healthcare ecosystem is becoming increasingly consumer-driven, resulting in constrained resources and an exhausted workforce. Our programs meet this moment. We develop and empower change leaders who create human-centered innovations and positive organizational cultures. Our curriculum provides these leaders with the knowledge and skills to solve complex problems and foster the delivery of compassionate care.

Our program takes a unique approach. We partner with organizations to develop a custom curriculum for their leaders.

We start with an appreciative inquiry process to learn more about the organization. Based on what we learn, we identify a vision and goals for the leadership program. We use a design thinking approach to build a customized program. And we collaborate with the organization to implement the program.

Our programs include face-to-face sessions, distance learning, and worksite experiential activities. Students immediately apply what they learn to the pressing challenges facing their teams and organizations.
